Answers: At AMX Printing, as part of our promise is to provide you with very best customer service. We want you to be able to receive a quote by your preferred method. You can fill out our easy to use and interactive online quote form, get us on the telephone or even drop us an email with your details (such as quantity, material, size, design etc). Whatever your preference is, rest assured that we will be in touch quickly with a quote and a huge bouquet of advice.
2. How long till I receive my quote?
Answer: Regardless of how you decide to contact us, we understand that you need answers. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can offer you advice, consultation and, ultimately, a quote immediately. If it is our online quote form or an email that floats your boat, then it shouldn't be longer than 24 hours until one of our advisers has addressed your needs and got back to you with some answers.
3. I've received my quote via email and would like to place an order – what now?
Answer: Once we have confirmation from you that you'd like to place your order, we will email you back an invoice for payment (this is if you prefer to order via email). We do require full payment before we ship your goods.
4. What Terms do you provide?
Answer: at AMX Printing, we provide EXW Term, FOB Terms, CIF Terms, DDP Term etc.

5. How long is the production lead time?
Answer: Our production lead time is very much depending on the printing method used for the production and the bags material. In most cases, our production lead time will be around 3-5business days, and some jobs will be a week or 2 weeks or more, which depends on your amount and order requirements.
6. Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: We are here for you, and we do have a minimum order for most orders. And please always remember that prices differ dependent on the quantities levels. More Quantity, Less Cost each Unit is the basic rule.
7. What kind of artworks format you can accept for printing?
Answer: we can accept PDF, AI, CDR, PS, PNG, JPG etc.
For vector files, we need it 300dpi; for images, need about 400dpi or more.
8. Can you make a new design for us?
Answer: Sure. Send us your logos and texts, images for the products, and your main design idea, our professional design team will help to draw it in reality and send mockups for your approval. Please note all e-proofs are free.
9. What payment terms you can accept?
Answer: we can accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union etc. 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
10. Can you send me a sample?
Answer: Yes, we can provide free e-proofs or free stock samples; ship cost will be paid by client. If proof a real sample, a proof fee will be needed plus shipping
11. Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship locally and internationally. And there are a lot transport ways such as by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS), by air freight, by air ground, by rush ocean, by standard ocean, by sea cargo or local logistics etc.
12. How will I know whether my order had been shipped?
Answer: When order production is finished and ready for shipping, your sales will send you the products images and tell you the track no’s when shipped, including ship ways used too.
13. How can I check on my order's delivery status?
Answer: To check the delivery status of your order, visit the ship company website and type in your track nos. We can’t determine exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped, and whether any problems with it have been reported to us. For more specific delivery details, please refer to your order and check with your sales.
14. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Answer: We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Our third party logistic companies deliver between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery. 15. Do I have to wait at my house or office all day for my delivery?
Answer: For your security and protection, it's best to have someone available to sign for your order between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made.
16. What is your delivery policy?
