Step 1. Request A Quote.
When you are request a quote, pls send details such as materials, sizes, printing colors, quantities, finishes, and zip code, the more details you give us, the fast and more accurate quote will be sent to you. Also, if your artworks are ready, we would be prefer to check your artworks as well when quoting.
Steps 2. Send Artworks.
After your approval of quotes, please send artworks to confirm, and for small files, email is ok, for large files, we prefer to use wetransfer.com and drop box as well.
Step 3. Pay Deposit.
After artworks confirmed, our sales will send you Proforma Invoice(P/I) with our payment account. Our payment way is bank transfer/western union. Online payment way like paypal is also accepted for small amount. Our payment mode is 100% advance payment for less than 2000usd. If over than 2000usd then 50% in advance rest paid before shipment.)
Step 4. Proof and Printing.
After receiving your deposit, we will arrange a digital copy proof to make sure everything is right, then will go to mass produce. For urgent order, we will speed up production to let you get products on schedule time. If you have any changes during press already started, please inform us via phone or email in time, Since the mass production will be finished fast as per your previous confirmation completely.
Step
5. Take Photoes and Packing.
After mass production finished, we will send clear pictures for you confirmation then you pay balance. Only when all the money reached our bank account we will arrange shipment for you at once.(Payment Receipt is welcomed to show us if you have)
Step 6. Shipping.
About shipping service, we usually ship by sea, by air, by express, by rain to Euro as well.
If by sea, we offer different option according to your needs such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP
If by air, we can ship from airport to airport or from our factory to your destinate places with tax paid.
If by express, we normally use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.
